Due to the surge in demand for vacuum tubes since the announcement from Russia to ban the export of some 200 products till the end of the calendar year (which includes our brands of vacuum tubes), we have been hit by inventory impacts. As a result of cancelled orders and back orders, we are also witnessing a rise in prices of the limited stock available.

The AmpTubes team are currently reviewing the impacts and will unfortunately have to adjust prices accordingly until a time of stability in the supply chain. We thank you all for your understanding in these times and hope we can continue to support all of you during these turbulent times.

Delivery is set at $12 Express Postage – Of course with orders over $200 – you automatically qualify for FREE shipping. What better way then to get shopping with our competitive prices.

AmpTubes.com.au accepts all major credit cards and Paypal payments. Unfortunately direct bank transfer is not possible at this time.

We take security very seriously and only established interfaces to conduct transactions. Also AmpTubes does not store any of you Credit or Debit cards details so there is no risk. It just means you will have to enter the details each time you make a purchase.

Once you have placed an order and made payment, you will receive confirmation via email that the order is being processed. Further to that once the purchase is dispatched you will receive a tracking number for Australia Post. If you don’t receive an email, please get in touch with our support team. Be sure to check your spam folder first!

Orders delivered within Australia take between 2-4 working days and are delivered via Australia Post. You can check the status of your account section or visit the Australia Post website and enter the tracking number that we sent you via email. Where items are in backorder, this process can be anywhere from 2-4 weeks depending on supplier/s availability, courier services and processing of final payment/s. All orders are shipped from our storage locations in Brisbane, QLD.

Yes. You will be sent a Tax Invoice with your order.

Yes. BackOrders are possible but require either full payment or 50% deposit. Please contact us to assist with any backorder of stock at support@amptubes.com.au

Unfortunately this cannot be accommodated. All orders where goods are in stock must be paid for in full.

The matching is provided by our supplier, and we also test tubes using a Maximatcher. This provides us with the ip (current) and Gm (transconductance) values for each set of matched tubes.
